Relax. Breathe. Take a breath. Count to three.

It’s okay if it’s not enough.

It’s alright. Do it again.

From the beginning.

We’ll start again.

Slower this time.

Take it in.

Drag it out.

Feel it rise.

Let it etch and trace your skin.

Don’t fight it.

Let it take over.

Close your eyes.

Open the lid.

Let it bubble over.

Do you feel it?

You’re getting closer.

One more time.

You’ll be fine.

Let it in.

We’ll begin again.
